Due to the nature of Custom made to order and Personalized items that we create by hand, we do NOT offer refunds, exchanges or returns. If there is a valid issue on our part with your order, please contact us immediately! Send us photos and explain the issue immediately. We will then decide the best way to handle your situation and communicate with you on the resolution. We take great pride in our work.

MOKPIX CREATIVE TERMS OF AGREEMENT

Customer has requested a custom product or products with a delivery date and time to be determined. Unless otherwise specified client will pick up the product from our shop.

Once a custom design and delivery date is approved along with payment processed from customer we begin production. We require a 100% Non-Refundable payment to secure materials and production time upon ordering and payment constitutes acceptance of our Terms of Agreement. All balances are due as noted on Invoice and prior to delivery of goods. Delivery/Production dates are dependent upon payment receipt date.

Once we order materials we cannot cancel or return them to the vendors so if you need to make a materials change you will be charged an additional fee commensurate the new cost of additional materials plus any expedited shipping costs and rush fees we incur.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on customized/personalized products unless item is deemed defective. Each item is handmade so there may be slight differences between each item even if they are the same design.

If client has an issue with any of our products client agrees to notify us within 5 days so that we may make every effort to find a solution and rectify the issue. Please take pictures and have other supporting documentation for us to assist you.

For items in stock, we require at least 7 days production time from date payment is received for item to be ready for delivery. If client needs an item prior to this window there will be an additional rush fee added.

For items that need to be ordered from distributor we will let you know the production time once we have stock in hand. We make every effort to have orders ready for pickup or delivered on the date requested but due to shipping delays or other things that are out of our control we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Client agrees to read and convey handling/cleaning instructions so that product may be kept in good condition.
