  • Logos in one of the following formats with a minimum of 300 DPI:
  • AI, SVG, EPS, PDF, or PNG with a transparent background
  • PNG files are the lowest quality of this lot and will result in low print quality. We understand that sometimes this is the only available file type and will use this if provided, but if you have options, send us anything other than a PNG or JPEG
  • If you cannot provide the file at the moment please e-mail us at orders@mokpix.com or SMS 425-427-8964
  • JPEG files CANNOT be used. These files are low resolution, will have a background, and it will print as such. It is NOT our responsibility to ensure we have the appropriate files.
  • To get the cleanest print and the best quality – the files must be high resolution
  • Due to the amount of customization and design process, it may take 5-7 business days to complete. If you need it done faster, contact us via phone/sms: 425-427-8964 to approve the Rush Fee for your project.
  • Customer provided Files are printed as is. The quality of the prints is determined the by the quality of the file provided. Please ensure the file is sized correctly to ensure proper print. We will not make adjustments to your design unless you pay for our Design Services.
  • WE DO NOT SPELL CHECK YOUR FILE/ARTWORK – BE SURE YOU HAVE PROOFED ALL ARTWORK YOU SEND US!!
  • We DO NOT provide mockups on your pre-designed artwork or our print only services (you design and just send to us the file for print, laser cutting/engraving, 3d printing). Please ensure your file is correct.
  • If you require holes for hardware or hanging, please leave a note at checkout or send an e-mail to orders@mokpix.com with the requested dimensions and placement.

Our signs are made of a combination of materials and print media to provide the best quality and aesthetic.

SUBSTRATE INFORMATION:

ACRYLIC: Most applications use 1/8″ thick cast acrylic. Multiple colors are available and if you need a custom color, contact us and we will give you options. If we are creating a project with mirror acrylic it is generally 1/8″ thick and is extruded acrylic.

WOOD: We use baltic birch or MDF depending on your use case and weight needs.

OTHER: Foam core, Foam Board, Aluminum Composite, Coroplast, Polyethylene and many other materials are available for substrates. We are happy to suggest the best case for your project.
