Due to the nature of Custom made to order and Personalized items that we create by hand JUST FOR YOU, we do NOT offer cancellations, refunds, exchanges or returns.

If there is a valid issue on our part with your order, please contact us immediately! Send us photos and explain the issue immediately. We will then decide the best way to handle your situation and communicate with you on the resolution. We take great pride in our work. SEE OUR TERMS HERE

HOW TO ORDER

1. Place your order/request for quote online or by telephone. You will receive a quote proposal with payment links. Once paid you will receive an order confirmation and we will add your order to our production schedule.

We DO NOT  provide design mockups before an order is confirmed and paid. If you would like to purchase a design mockup prior to ordering please contact us for options.

2. Your order enters the design queue to create your mockup. You will receive an email or sms if you choose to approve the design. The design mockup must be approved before getting sent to production. If we do not receive approval, it’ll stay in this step until it has been approved which will delay your final delivery date. IF YOUR ORDER DOES NOT ENTER PRODUCTION WITHIN 10 DAYS OF YOUR DELIVERY DATE YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL RUSH FEE!!

Each custom order includes the design and 2 revisions. Any additional revisions are invoiced at $50 per revision. At this step, you can still change your mind on colors/sizes/fonts etc. and will be notified of any additional costs which would need to be paid before production begins.

Files need to be a minimum of 300 DPI. AI, SVG, EPS or PDF is preferred, but a PNG with a TRANSPARENT BACKDGROUND will work. PNG files are the lowest quality of the file types and will result in low print quality. We understand that sometimes this is the only available file type and will use this if provided, but if you have options, send us anything other than a PNG or JPEG

JPEG files CANNOT be used. These files are low resolution, will have a background, and it will print as such. It is NOT our responsibility to ensure we have the appropriate files. IF YOU HAVE NO OTHER OPTION YOU CAN ADD ON OUR PHOTO EDITING SERVICE AND WE CAN SEE WHAT WE CAN DO. We cannot guarantee the quality of any low resolution image you provide us but are willing to give it a go!

3. Once the design mockup is approved, NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE as your order would be in our production queue. Production usually takes between 2-7 business days to be ready for pickup, but if you need an exact delivery date deadline please contact us to confirm availability.

4. When your order is ready, you will receive a “ready for pickup” or “shipping notification” via email or SMS if you prefer.

PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CALL OR SMS WITH QUESTIONS. IF YOU NEED AN ANSWER QUICKLY CALLING IS BEST BECAUSE WE DON’T HEAR THE SMS NOTIFICATION WHEN OUR MACHINES ARE RUNNING IN THE SHOP.

Our signs are made of a combination of materials and print media to provide the best quality and aesthetic.

SUBSTRATE INFORMATION:

ACRYLIC: Most applications use 1/8″ thick cast acrylic. Multiple colors are available and if you need a custom color, contact us and we will give you options. If we are creating a project with mirror acrylic it is generally 1/8″ thick and is extruded acrylic.

WOOD: We use baltic birch or MDF depending on your use case and weight needs.

OTHER: Foam core, Foam Board, Aluminum Composite, Coroplast, Polyethylene and many other materials are available for substrates. We are happy to suggest the best case for your project.
